MySQL DELETE Table data

MySQL provides DELETE statement to delete table rows. Once the data is deleted, you can not recover them. So always be careful while deleting the existing table.

Delete Table Syntax

DELETE FROM Tablename [WHERE Clause]; 

Example

The given query delete single row of id '2' from 'students' table.

DELETE FROM students WHERE id ='2';
